Belonging to Multiple Organizations

Switch between organizations under a single login without signing out.

A single login email can belong to more than one organization. If you're a member of multiple organizations, you can toggle between them at any time without needing to sign out and back in again.

Note:

The organization you're currently viewing determines the inventory, users, and purchases you see. Switching organizations changes everything you have access to in the app.

Change Organizations (Mobile)

  1. Navigate to the More tab.
  2. Select Change Organization near the bottom of the screen.
  3. Choose the organization you want to view.

Change Organizations (Web)

  1. Select your profile icon at the top right of the screen.
  2. Click Change Organization.
  3. Choose the organization you want to view.

Troubleshooting: A User Can't See Your Inventory

If you invited a user to your organization and they're signed in but can't see your inventory, they may be viewing a different organization.

A user can unintentionally belong to multiple organizations if they created their own account before being invited to yours. In that case, their login is valid—they just need to switch to the correct organization.

  1. Ask the user to check whether they belong to multiple organizations.
  2. Have them follow the steps above to Change Organization.
  3. Select your organization to view its inventory.

When in doubt, confirm the user is viewing the right organization before troubleshooting anything else.
