Product Category Tags

Use custom tags to organize and quickly find your products.

You can add custom category tags to any of your products to keep them organized and make them easier to search.

Note:

Category tags can only be added from the website, but once created, they can be used to filter products from both the web and mobile app.

Add a Category Tag

Add product from mobile

  1. Navigate to the Inventory tab and select the product you want to tag.
  2. Scroll to the Category Tags section and select Add Category Tag.
  3. In the dialog that appears, you can:
    • Enter a custom tag name, or
    • Choose from one of your existing tag names.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Repeat the process to add multiple tags to a single product.

Finding Products by Tags

  • Once tags have been added, you can filter by tags in the Inventory tab.
  • Tag filters work across both the website and mobile app, making it easier to find the right products quickly.
