Learn how to move your data from the legacy Tookstock app (blue logo) to the next-generation platform.

The next-generation Tookstock platform was completely rebuilt from the ground up to deliver better performance, reliability, and more advanced capabilities.

Please move to the next generation Tookstock platform right away. Support for the legacy Tookstock app (blue logo) ended on November 14th and will soon stop syncing your data.

If you still see the legacy tookstock app (blue logo) on your device, please switch to the new Tookstock Pro app immediately. The legacy app will stop syncing data on December 19th.

Migrating Data

  1. If you were previously using the legacy app, your data has already been moved to the new platform.
  2. The final data migration from the legacy app to the new platform will be completed on December 19th, 2025. After this date, it will no longer possible to migrate new changes from the legacy app.
  3. The legacy app will no longer sync data after December 19th.

How has pricing changed for the new platform?

We’ve rebuilt our platform from the ground up to deliver faster performance, greater reliability, and advanced features that weren’t possible before. To reflect this added value, our pricing has been updated to $12.99 per location per month—our first ever pricing change.

We do everything possible to avoid raising prices, and only make adjustments when absolutely necessary to continue improving the platform. In fact, we never once raised prices of the legacy platform. Importantly, because we charge by location—not by user—you can add as many team members as you need at no extra cost, making your ROI clearer and more predictable.

What happens after November 14th, 2025?

After November 14th 2025, the legacy app will be shut down and replaced by the next generation Tookstock Pro app. To avoid potential service interruptions or data loss, please move to the new platform or export your inventory before that date.

If you originally subscribed to the legacy app through the Apple App Store, we have already canceled your subscription so that it will not renew. You can confirm the status of your Apple subscription using the instructions below.

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
  4. Choose a different subscription option, or tap Cancel Subscription.
    • If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.

What should I do with my inventory data?

Your inventory data should already be loaded in to the new platform. Alternatively, you can use the export feature on the new platform to download your data as an Excel file. If you need help exporting your data, please contact us.
