Adding Locations

Learn how to add new locations to track inventory.

Locations can be added from either the website or the mobile app.

Note:

Adding more than one location requires a premium subscription.
Monthly billing is tied to the number of locations on your account.

Note:

Because billing is tied to the number of locations you have, only users with Owner or Manager level permissions can add new locations.

Add a Location from the Web

  1. Navigate to the Locations tab.
  2. Select New Location.
  3. Enter a title and optionally provide an image, description, and address.
  4. Every location requires a Billing Department.
    • You can select the default option if you don’t need a custom department.
  5. Click Save.
  6. The new location will now be available for tracking inventory across all your devices.

Add a Location from the Mobile App

  1. Navigate to the Locations tab.
  2. Select New Location.
  3. Enter a title and optionally provide an image, description, and address.
  4. Every location requires a Billing Department.
    • You can select the default option if you don’t need a custom department.
  5. Tap Save.
  6. The new location will now be available for tracking inventory across all your devices
